Information on Bliss Jewellery’s production times, shipping and postage breakdown, returns, custom orders and privacy policy.

All items at Bliss Jewellery are priced in Canadian Dollars.

Please Note: Bliss Jewellery is currently ONLY available within Canada and the USA!

Production Times

If an item is listed as ‘In Stock’, the piece will be sent out within 2 – 4 business days after purchase date.

Otherwise, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for the production of Collection pieces before an item will be dispatched.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of my jewellery, please expect that your purchased item may differ slightly from the photographs shown. 

Shipping And Postage Breakdown

All pieces will be sent via Canada Post – insured, tracked and signed-for.

Shipping Within Canada:

All items will be sent Canada Post ‘XPress Post‘ at a cost of $20.00 CAD plus insurance, tracking, and signature on delivery.

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for delivery after dispatch of items.

Shipping To USA:

All items will be sent Canada Post ‘XPress Post‘ at a cost of $35.00 CAD plus insurance, tracking, and signature on delivery.

Please allow 4 – 7 business days for delivery after dispatch of items.

Bliss Jewellery is not responsible for delays at the border, or any cross-border customs or import duty fees.

Returns

I want my customers to love their purchase. So if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please contact me by filling out my contact form with your query HERE.

I will either make the changes you request or have you return the item to me for a full refund minus shipping charges.

Refunds and exchanges are only available within 10 business days of receiving your purchase.

Please contact me at Bliss Jewellery before returning your jewellery by filling out my contact form HERE.  In your message please state clearly why you wish to return your item. (Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping.)

Items should be returned in an un-used, un-altered condition, in original packaging, with tracking information.

Please Note: Bliss Jewellery is not responsible for return shipping costs, damaged, or lost items.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as they will have been based and made specifically upon the customer’s individual request and / or design.

I take pride in working individually with customers to design and make pieces via a personal step-by-step process.
