Imagine having the opportunity to make your partners wedding ring. What a special memory that would make! That is now possible when you take our Wedding band workshop. Just you and your soon to be spouse in your own private workshop making special memories together.
We will begin with an overview of safety concerns, soldering tools, materials and techniques. Then we will fire up our torches and get started!
In this 6 hour workshop you and your partner will make each others wedding bands from start to finish. We can help you make silver rings, gold – including yellow, white and rose gold in a variety of karats.
If you want to have stones set into your ring we can also arrange for that service to be carried out after you have made the basic band – there would be an additional charge for the stones/setting and will require extra time as well.
Prerequisite: No previous experience required
Safety considerations: As we are using torches, safety is a major concern. Please wear long sleeves, long pants and closed shoes. Please tie all long hair back and do not wear any loose bracelets or necklaces. If you have any magnifying or reading glasses bring them along. Safety glasses and an apron will be provided.
Workshop Fee: $495 plus HST.
A signed waiver will be required to proceed in any workshop.
Bring a lunch or there are plenty of places within a short driving distance that you can purchase food from – Tim Hortons, Freshii, McDonalds, Pita Pit etc.
