If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, our CANCELLATION POLICY depends on the time until the scheduled class:

• Over 8 days before, a refund will be issued minus whatever processing fees were incurred to process your payment.

• Within 7 days, a credit will be given to attend a future class. Class credit must be used to enroll in a class within a 60 day period after cancellation, or it will be forfeited.

• Within 48 hours, no refund or credit is given.

Your tuition will be returned in full if Bliss Jewellery needs to cancel the class. We have a two person minimum for many of our classes, so grab a friend to take it with you!

Cancellations By Bliss Jewellery

Bliss Jewellery reserves the right to cancel, at any time prior to, a class, workshop, or open studio.

Every effort will be made to ensure cancellations are done in a timely manner.  Where possible, a rescheduled date will be provided.

In the event a rescheduled date cannot be provided, full refund will be provided in the method of payment.
